All repair and maintenance services are subject to written estimates and customer approval. Estimates are valid for 30 days from the date of issue. Actual costs may vary based on additional repairs discovered during service.

4. Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of services unless prior credit arrangements have been made. We accept various forms of payment including cash, check, and major credit cards. A service charge may be applied to past due accounts.

We warrant our workmanship for a period specified in your service agreement. Parts warranties are subject to manufacturer warranty terms. Warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect, or unauthorized repairs.

Our liability is limited to the cost of the services provided. We are not responsible for consequential damages, loss of use, or any indirect damages arising from our services.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate information about their vehicles and any known issues. Customers must remove all personal belongings from vehicles before service.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
